Who is responsible
topcasino.club is operated by Digital Product Services LLC (also trading as Productea). For privacy questions write to ops@topcasino.club.
What we collect
When you buy a position we record the domain you submitted, the amount paid, and the email Stripe returns with the payment. If you redeem a magic-link we store a verified account (email, optional saved-card reference on Stripe, notification preferences). Listings also store the name, description and icon we fetch from the site you submitted. The ranking itself is public: identity, lifetime total, clicks and position are shown on the board on purpose. That is the product.
Payments (Stripe)
Card details never touch our servers. Checkout and saved cards are handled by Stripe, Inc. We store Stripe identifiers (customer id, checkout session id, payment intent id), the amount in cents, currency and payment status, so we can confirm a bid and show you a receipt. Stripe is an independent controller of the card data it processes. See Stripe’s privacy policy at https://stripe.com/privacy. Chargebacks and refunds, when the law requires them, also go through Stripe.
Analytics (DataFa.st)
We use DataFa.st to understand how the board is used: page views, referrer, device type, approximate country, and which listings get traffic. DataFa.st is a privacy-oriented analytics service; it is not used to build an advertising profile or to sell your data. Their own policy is at https://datafa.st. If you block the script, the site still works. The ranking does not depend on it.
Cookies
We set a locale cookie (TOPCASINO_LOCALE) so the language you pick sticks. If you sign in we set an httpOnly session cookie (TOPCASINO_SESSION). DataFa.st may set its own cookie or use a similar identifier to tell a returning browser from a new one. We do not use advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
Payment and bid records are kept for as long as the listing exists and as long as we need them for accounting and chargebacks. A session cookie lasts 30 days. Magic-link tokens expire in 30 minutes and we store only a hash. Analytics aggregates are kept according to DataFa.st’s retention.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export the personal data we hold, or to object to analytics. Write to ops@topcasino.club. Deleting an account does not erase the public history of what was paid for a listing: that record is the board. We do not sell personal data.
