What this site is
topcasino.club is a public board of online casinos ordered only by how much each listing has paid for its place. It is not a casino, not a betting service, and not a review or recommendation. Outbound links are paid placements, marked sponsored nofollow. The operator is Digital Product Services LLC. Using the site means you accept these terms and the purchase terms and privacy policy.
Who can use it
You must be able to form a contract. If you buy a position you warrant that you are authorised to represent the casino or site you submit, and that advertising it is lawful where you operate.
Accounts
Buying does not require an account. A magic-link sent to the email on the payment is how you claim the listing afterwards. You are responsible for that inbox. We may refuse or close an account that is used to abuse the board.
Listings
The identity of a listing is the domain or handle you submit. We may fetch the name, description and icon from that site. We may replace the click destination with an affiliate link. We may hide a listing that is illegal, misleading, or that we are required to remove. Hiding a listing does not by itself refund what was paid.
Acceptable use
Do not attack the site, scrape it in a way that degrades it, impersonate another operator, or submit a domain you do not control in order to hijack their place. Do not use the board to launder payments or to advertise something the card networks or the law forbid.
Liability
The board is provided as is. We do not promise a number of clicks, a ranking in search engines, or that a position will hold. Traffic depends on people visiting this site. To the fullest extent the law allows, Digital Product Services LLC is not liable for lost profits, lost traffic, or indirect damage arising from use of the board. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited, including for fraud or death caused by negligence.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Digital Product Services LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a court strikes out a clause, the rest still applies. We may update these terms; the date at the top is the version that binds new use.
