What this site is

topcasino.club is a public board of online casinos ordered only by how much each listing has paid for its place. It is not a casino, not a betting service, and not a review or recommendation. Outbound links are paid placements, marked sponsored nofollow. The operator is Digital Product Services LLC. Using the site means you accept these terms and the purchase terms and privacy policy.

Who can use it

You must be able to form a contract. If you buy a position you warrant that you are authorised to represent the casino or site you submit, and that advertising it is lawful where you operate.

Accounts

Buying does not require an account. A magic-link sent to the email on the payment is how you claim the listing afterwards. You are responsible for that inbox. We may refuse or close an account that is used to abuse the board.

Listings

This board is only for gambling operators. You warrant that when you tick the box at checkout. We accept:

• Online casinos
• Betting sites, bookmakers and sportsbooks
• Poker rooms
• Bingo
• Lottery and scratch cards
• Slots, iGaming and other real-money games of chance
• Casino or betting apps on the App Store, Play Store or GitHub

We also look at the URL and the site's own copy for a gambling signal, and refuse obvious off-category hosts before payment. The identity of a listing is the domain or handle you submit. App Store, Play Store, GitHub and similar platform links are keyed by their path (and by the Play package id), so different apps do not share a bid. Tracking query strings are ignored. We may later replace the click destination with an affiliate link of our own; that operator link may include tracking parameters. Chat and invite links are not allowed: Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, Messenger, Signal, and similar. The board is for products and profiles, not group chats. If a listing is not in that category, or is illegal, misleading, or something we are required to take down, we may hide or remove it. Hiding or removing a listing does not by itself refund what was paid.

How ranking works

Bids are whole US dollars. Paying less than #1 still puts you on the board at whatever rank that bid can take. Enter the same website again to raise that listing: you only pay the difference from the current total. Someone else cannot take your rank by paying only that difference; they have to beat your lifetime total. A completed payment is what claims the rank. The success screen in the browser is not confirmation.

Payment and chargebacks

By completing a purchase you confirm that you have reviewed the product and pricing and you authorise the payment. If you have any issue, write to ops@topcasino.club before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Acceptable use

Do not attack the site, scrape it in a way that degrades it, impersonate another operator, or submit a domain you do not control in order to hijack their place. Do not submit chat or invite links. Do not use the board to launder payments or to advertise something the card networks or the law forbid.

Liability

The board is provided as is. We do not promise a number of clicks, a ranking in search engines, or that a position will hold. Traffic depends on people visiting this site. To the fullest extent the law allows, Digital Product Services LLC is not liable for lost profits, lost traffic, or indirect damage arising from use of the board. Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded, including for fraud or death caused by negligence.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Digital Product Services LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a court strikes out a clause, the rest still applies. We may update these terms; the date at the top is the version that binds new use.
